What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Most of our delivery charges are FREE. There are some more delicate items that do require a shipping fee. Those items will have the shipping charge adding to the cart after you input the shipping address.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We except every type of Credit Card. We also except Apple Pay, Google Pay, and BTC Pay through Stripe Processing.
We Also Except Paypal. Both of which protect and secure you payments.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery can take 7 days to 28 day. Really depends on the product production and location that it is being shipped from. We do give out tracking info on all products sold. Most Free Shipping ships with E-Packet. E-Packet’s take 12 to 20 days to ship.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our Store is protected by 3 layers off protection. Our Hosting, DNS, and CDN. All Hold Secure SSL’s on each level.Your Payments hold extra Security on the processing side as well. Mcafee and Paypal both Secure your payments. We at BODAIGA.COM do not hold or store your credit card information . We at BODAIGA.COM do use cookie’s and tracking code information for marketing and to better your user experience on the website.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After each order, you will receive an email to verify that the purchase was processed. Then the shipment to you begins 🙂

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes you do. After each order there is a email sent to you confirming the transition. On that email is your invoice and order number, and contact information if you have any concerns.
